Big B's Photo Shoot!

So today we went and got Brooklyn's newborn shots done. And that's all we were planning on doing because my cousin is coming out next week to take our family pictures, and ALL of Brooklyn's newborn shots. I know what everyone is saying..."Why didn't you just wait til next week?" Well "Big B" as we like to call her, is getting bigger by the day and I wanted to make sure we had at least some shots while she was still kind of newbornish looking. But as you can see, I'm a sucker for pictures and the whole family ended up in them (all though I didn't post the ones with Ster and I yet.)

With Maddie we payed a ridiculous amount of money for her newborn, 6 month and 1 year photos. We decided the most important thing was just making sure we got them this time. We were a bit disappointed.The lady we went to with M took AMAZING pictures and we were there for hours each time(which is prob why we got such great pictures) and she had a really good eye for detail. We went to the mall this time and they just try to move 'em in and out as quickly as possible.

We were cracking up at the last picture where Maddie is "trying" (key word) to hold Brooklyn. They kept snapping pictures thinking this was a great pose and Ster and I are thinking, "This isn't really working

people!" They didn't take pictures of B at her best "angles." There were soo many of Brooklyn looking like a little "Oompa Loompa." We didn't know how bad some of them were until after the photo shoot was over, because they don't let you see any.
We ended up with some good shots though. We didn't get all of these pictures, like the last one, but I just thought I would show them. I love the "Love" one! We have almost the exact same picture of Maddie when she was her age!
